Mom did her best ever in PT today. Carly and Jodi were amazed. 45 minutes without complaining or stopping.

Her diaper rash is bad but says it is getting better and worse…which is it?

Dentures were bothering her I asked Gloria to rinse with salt water she did not. I asked Mona to do it, she said she would….

I noticed her breathing is not normal and have pointed it out to many people. Mon said she would listen again.

I showed up for the hair appt 5 minutes early but it had already happened….I wanted to get her on a regular schedule and some style and treatment for her dandruff.
