Palomar moved her and did not tell me. It was awful walking into her room and finding another woman in her bed. I did not know if she had died or what.

It took me about 30 minutes to locate her in a different floor then to find out the hospital threw away her dentures.

An 89 year old stroke victim and no one really cares about her and her losses. Someone named Ginny, a nurse supervisor took 2 days to file a report to her manager (Diane A. 442-281-1911) and not in today because its the holiday and her manager is on vacation.
